Description

The tree is up to 5m tall, belongs to the Plum or Almond subfamily. The leaves are simple, lanceolate, toothed along the edge. Plum blossoms are usually white or pink, with five petals and five sepals, single or in umbels of two to six inflorescences. The plum fruit is a drupe with a relatively large stone. Plum is native to Asia, and now it is cultivated everywhere, because it is characterized by high fertility, high productivity and good adaptability to soils and climatic conditions. The fruits of this plant are dense and have different colors.
