Persimmon

Description

As a rule, ordinary customers know only three types of persimmon – kinglet, chocolate and just persimmon. In fact, persimmon has many varieties, which are divided into early (Ukrainka, mider, weber and gosho gaki), medium-ripened (sidles, sputnik, chocolate) and late varieties (kostata, khachia, tomopan). Late varieties have the ability to store for a long time, so they can be found on sale almost all year round.
